Being Good Neighbors

We have three parking spaces available for you to use in the front of the property. Two are parallel to Chiques road and one is perpendicular allowing for pull in parking. The driveway is owned by the neighboring property. Please do not block or utilize the driveway in any fashion.

While Chiques Creek can be seen from our backyard, creek access is via the neighboring property. Additionally the driveway is owned by the neighboring property. You will be trespassing if you access the creek or block the driveway.
